Early morning group fitness sessions on the seafront — circuits, bodyweight training, and a view you won't get at any gym.
A relaxed yoga class that takes full advantage of the setting. The terrace looks out toward the cliffs and the Atlantic, and on a calm morning it’s about as good an environment for practice as you’ll find anywhere.
Hatha-based flow with a mix of standing sequences and floor work. The teacher pitches it to the group — if there are beginners, things slow down; if the group is experienced, expect a more challenging session. Ends with a proper savasana.
All levels welcome. Regular practitioners will find it familiar; complete beginners are guided through everything. No mat needed — they’re provided, though bringing your own is better.
