Yoga on the Terrace

A relaxed yoga class that takes full advantage of the setting. The terrace looks out toward the cliffs and the Atlantic, and on a calm morning it’s about as good an environment for practice as you’ll find anywhere.

What to expect

Hatha-based flow with a mix of standing sequences and floor work. The teacher pitches it to the group — if there are beginners, things slow down; if the group is experienced, expect a more challenging session. Ends with a proper savasana.

Who it’s for

All levels welcome. Regular practitioners will find it familiar; complete beginners are guided through everything. No mat needed — they’re provided, though bringing your own is better.

Practical tips

  • Classes fill up in peak season — message ahead to reserve your spot
  • Wear something you can move in and bring a light layer for the end
  • Morning sessions are cooler and calmer than evening ones
